Getting started with BoardBook is as easy as turning on your computer; you can be up and running quickly and without costly new equipment. BoardBook’s minimal requirements mean you probably have everything you need on your desktop already; these are usually components of any computer sold since 1998.

• A Pentium III (but a Pentium II with a 266 MHz processor will do the job) and 64 MB of RAM
• Microsoft Windows 95 or newer with Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer
• Dial-up Internet connection
• Free downloads of Macromedia Flash Player 6.0 or newer and the Adobe Reader (Get the full version of Acrobat only if you want to annotate your agenda packets electronically.)

If you’re putting the agenda together, we also recommend you have:

• A scanner that can produce PDFs
• A read/write CD drive
• High-speed Internet access
• Adobe Acrobat (the full version)
