Refresh Your BoardBook User List
We often see big shifts during the summer months, making it a great time to manage your user list. Here are our top three suggestions:
1. Review your user list
Review who is - and who isn't - on your list of BoardBook users. Double-check that you’ve removed old users and check to see that your current users have logged in and have the correct permissions. Download the User Management Guide for help.
2. Welcome New Board Members
Many boards add new members in the summer or fall. Set them up for success with BoardBook by sharing our Board Member and Other Viewer Help page. It includes guides and video tutorials for using the BoardBook program.
3. Train a New Employee or Backup Compiler
Is there a new hire tasked with compiling meeting materials in BoardBook Premier or someone filling in while you take a well-earned vacation? Get them started with our Basic Skills Training. Our trainers hosts a live virtual session about creating, editing, and publishing agendas in BoardBook Premier.
