Are You Going Back to In-Person Meetings? Consider Using the Public Projector Screen

BoardBook Premier’s Public Projector Screen is a great way to display appropriate meeting information with the public at your meeting. It also ties into the “Follow the Leader” tool that can help keep all your board members on the same page as you progress through the meeting. Learn more about it here.

BoardBook Best Practices: Backup Compiler Checklist

It is always best to have a designated colleague to set up to serve as backup in case of emergencies, illnesses, vacations, or other unforeseen events. We want you and your organization to have the peace of mind knowing that your BoardBook is in good hands and your backup compiler to be able confidently take care of BoardBook in your absence. Here’s a quick checklist to ensure that your BoardBook backup compiler is prepared ahead of time.

Did You Know? You Can Assign a New Password to a New or Existing User

Organizational Administrators can create a password for their users. This is often the most timely way to ensure users can quickly access BoardBook Premier. To do so, select “View/Edit User’s Information” and click the “Change Password.” This will allow you to assign a new password that the user can either continue to use or update later.
